Face to Face Counselling

Initial Free Introductory Call or Video Call

I offer a free 20 minute introductory call or video session to help you get to know me and feel comfortable before starting your journey. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and see if my approach is the right fit for your needs.

At The Therapy Space in Arundel

I offer person-centred counselling in a cozy, welcoming room at The Therapy Space in Arundel. Sessions are tailored to you, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore your feelings, build self-awareness, and work through challenges at your own pace.

Walk and Talk Therapy offers counselling sessions outdoors, rather than in a traditional therapy room. This approach promotes movement, reduces stress, and fosters a connection with nature, making it easier to process thoughts and emotions in a calm, open environment

I may ask what brought you to counselling and if there’s anything specific you’d like to focus on during our time together.

How many sessions will I need?

I offer open-ended counselling sessions, so our work together can be short, medium, or long-term, depending on your needs and preferences. Since counselling is a gradual process, the number of sessions required will vary based on your concerns and level of distress
