What to Expect from Counselling
Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning, taking the first step takes courage.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life, even if it doesn't feel that way right now. My role is to support and guide you on your journey to becoming a calmer, happier, and more confident you.
